All our services are digital and non-tangible. No physical products are shipped.
Delivery consists of digital assets, official filings, credentials, reports, or setup completions based on the service or package selected.

Delivery may include (depending on your chosen plan):

  • Standard services (e.g., store setup, automation): typically 3–10 business days

  • LLC creation and government filings: typically 7–21 business days, depending on state, country, or processing authority

  • Bank account creation and verification: timelines vary according to bank or financial partner policies

  • Tax filing and financial services: timelines depend on submission windows, government agency schedules, and client responsiveness

Any delays caused by incomplete information, missing documents, late communication, or third-party verification processes are not considered delivery delays on our part.


3. Communication and Project Updates

4. Revisions and Adjustments

After initial delivery, you may request revisions or corrections related to the agreed service scope within 7 days of delivery. Revisions outside the original scope (e.g., new state filings, additional bank setup, or new services) may incur additional charges.


5. Completion Confirmation

Delivery will be considered successfully completed when:

  • The agreed services (store, LLC filing, tax filing, or other deliverables) are completed and documented, and

  • The client has received confirmation emails, credentials, access, or final project documentation.

Once the service is marked as delivered and accepted, no further refund or cancellation requests will be accepted, except as allowed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
